The lobby area features a clean and inviting setting that gives off a comfortable vibe right when you arrive. The suite offers a good amount of space, enough towels, and cozy beds that make resting easy.
Unfortunately, numerous inconveniences plagued the stay. The pool area felt overrun and was unusable due to overcrowding, while the jacuzzi water appeared uninviting, possibly contaminated. Housekeeping left much to be desired—with dirty items left in the shower and a lack of essential toiletries. Additionally, the atmosphere outside with disturbances from loud guests created a frustrating experience during the New Year's Eve weekend.

The indoor pool was nice, but the room sheets were not clean.

Family with children will find it enjoyable, but not without quirks!
The room was surprisingly spaced out, leaving room for my son to stretch out on that big couch instead of crawling into some cramped sofa bed. Breakfast was a total disaster but I must admit the oatmeal bar was a highlight among the chaos of everything else not being stocked properly.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel with our five kids. The spacious queen suite provided ample room for everyone to settle in comfortably. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near Tinkers Creek Viaduct Park, where we had a fun family outing exploring nature.
In my wife’s opinion, the pool area was overcrowded, making it tough for the kids to swim. It would be great if the hotel could implement a reservation system for the pool, allowing families to enjoy it more peacefully.

A pleasant stay highlighted by a consistently enjoyable breakfast featuring homemade soups. The staff was friendly, particularly Sarah at the front desk, who provided impeccable service, ensuring all requests were met. However, the pool reservations were a bit inconvenient and restricted access for families wanting to enjoy it together. While the location is great, some staff members could benefit from hospitality training. Overall, the experience was uplifting, especially due to the accommodating front desk.

The room was really nice and has a clean vibe. Beds were super comfortable, which made for good sleep. Some noise from other guests was there, but nothing too crazy. A bit short on storage space, but everything felt modern and cozy. No blankets for the pullout which was a downer, though. Overall, a decent stay!

The staff at check-in were super friendly, making the entire process quick and easy. I stayed in a King Suite, which had a nice layout with a living area separated from the bedroom. The room had a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker, which added convenience during my stay. The pool area was nice, with a decent-sized indoor pool. However, I found the breakfast options to be limited and not stocked well. The hot food served was lukewarm at best, and tables were often messy. One morning, the toaster caught fire, leaving quite a smoky mess. I also noticed some noise from neighboring rooms, which was a bit distracting at times. The location is good, close to a few restaurants, but it could benefit from better breakfast management and noise insulation.

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored Tinkers Creek Viaduct Park, which was breathtaking, and hit up ThistleDown Racetrack for some fun. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect for our adventures. Definitely recommend for anyone seeking a fun getaway with friends.
Our stay was great, but the pool area was really crowded on the weekend. It was packed with kids, and the hot tub was basically unusable. If you're looking for a relaxing experience, consider going during the week when it's quieter.
