The breakfast was warm and great, the check in was quick. I thoroughly enjoyed the suite with a sofa bed and microwave, for example. The hotel was set in a central area next to restaurant options and expressway, machines during the weekday mornings and the festival.

We had a great stay at Springhill Suites. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a quiet room away from a large group of hockey kids in the lobby. The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast options were outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious choices. The pool and hot tub were also enjoyed by the kids. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

i booked three rooms and they mixed up names/rooms and then the key they gave me put me in a room already occupied by another guest.

Exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely nice and attentive. They actively fixed any issues, like the hot tub spa button. The hotel had great amenities such as a pool, gym, and free parking. The location was convenient, with many delicious restaurants nearby and attractions like Chagrin Falls.

Felt very fortunate to have chosen this hotel, as everything was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel was sooooo noisy! I didn't sleep the whole time I ws athere! there were various teams staying there as well and they were talking in the hallways, going in/out of their rooms all night and then up early making noise in the halls too! I wish the person who checked us in has not given us a room that was right in the middle of the team!
